Price & Resort Tax
All room prices are per person and day incl. breakfast buffet. The resort tax is NOT included.
Single room supplement € 15.00 to € 20.00 per day.
All apartment prices (minimum occupancy: 2 persons) are per person and day incl. breakfast buffet. The resort tax is NOT included.
All Zirbelhütte prices are per day (for a maximum of 6 persons). Breakfast buffet, resort tax and end-of-stay cleaning are NOT included.
The resort tax of € 2.00 per person and day is charged separately (children up to 14 years don't pay the resort tax).
Breakfast Buffet & Bread Delivery Service
Breakfast buffet daily from 8.00 am to 10.00 am (also earlier on request).
Guests staying at the Zirbelhütte chalet can book our rich breakfast buffet at Hotel Garni Kristall on request.
Adults € 16.00 per person/day / children up to 4 years: free of charge / children 5 to 10 years: € 8.00 per person /day.
Available on request – daily fresh bread delivery service for apartment and Zirbelhütte guests. Orders can be made until 6.00 pm the day before. Bread is delivered to the reception desk every morning.
Arrival & Departure
We hope you understand that your room is available not before 3.00 pm on your day of arrival. Please leave your room by 10.00 am on your departure day. Inform us in advance or by phone if you arrive later than at 6.00 pm.
Child Discounts
0 to 4 years for free, 4 to 7 years -50 %, 8 to 14 years -30 %
Reception
We are glad to help you daily from 7.30 am to 8.00 pm. If you have any further questions or if you need brochures
and more detailed information on specific topics simply call us – extension number 9.
Pets
Allowed only on prior arrangement (€ 18.00 per day, food is not included).
Advance Payment & Bill
Please make your advance payment after receiving the booking confirmation. The remaining amount has to be paid on-site – either in cash or with EC card.
We kindly ask you to pay the bill until 8.00 pm the evening before you leave!
Parking Area
Ample outdoor parking area for all guests right next to the hotel; covered garage parking lots available for an extra charge.
Non-smoking
The entire hotel and the Zirbelhütte chalets are non-smoking areas according to the Austrian Non-smoking Law.
In case you smoke we have to charge dry cleaning costs for every room.
